HOBBII APRÈS SKI MAL: PART 4
WE ARE HALF WAY, and on to Part 4!
This week, we are excited to complete our body panels, and we will gradually work our way up the design until we reach our shoulders! The progress we make will certainly bring us closer to achieving our overall vision.
You might be thinking that this week is quite plain in comparison, BUT you dont think I would jut leave you with a big plain stripe would you? NOPES, but you will have to wait and see till Part 7 how we decorate this section with our odds and edds!
If you have signed up to the MAL you should have received an email containing the pattern- but have no fear you can also access them on Hobbii’s site if you are late to the party!
This week you will learn:
Knit: Neck and shoulder shaping, using held stitches and decreasing, as well as short row shaping.
Crochet: Neck and shoulder shaping, using stitches of different heights to create a slope and decreasing.
To share your making and get help, tips and tricks from your fellow crafters working on the MAL Hobbii have also have a Facebook group you can join! This is a great place to really embrace the community making in a Make-ALong!
There are also videos to guide you through the process for each part. I have linked these below, but can also be found on the Pattern page on Hobbii’s site and a click in your digital pattern download.
I truly hope you are pleased with how your design has come together so far, and you are happy with the effort and creativity you have put into your pieces! I am excited to share that next week we will begin working on the sleeves, which will add even more character and flair to your overall design!
Love Katie
