PATTERNS

Pattern downloads once purchased are sent in an email as a downloadable link vaild for 24 HOURS. Please make sure you download these within this time in order to not loose your link.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on downloadable patterns.

WORKSHOPS

Due to limited places and high demand, our cancellation policy is as follows: 

·       There is a 24 hour cancellation period, during which you will receive a full refund. 

·       If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, you cancel a minimum of one month before the event date, you will receive a full refund

·       If you wish to cancel any later than 2 weeks before the event, Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

·       If trying to cancel after the refund period has elapsed, if notified before a week before, you may claim workshop credit and transfer to another workshop session.

·       For double and group bookings, it is the person making the booking that is the point of contact.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

DELIVERY

For UK orders please allow 2-7 days for #ONEOFF postage and between 2-6 Weeks for Made To Order.

We send all UK orders recorded dilivery, which covers you for up to £40. Special Delivery is Next day (processing time of 2-3 days) and fully Insured. International orders are sent regular airmail or tracked shipping depending on what the customer selects at the checkout. It is recommended that you choose tracked shipping, as standard airmail is not covered if it is lost or damaged.

Katie Jones does not cover the cost of any additional postage, or refund any shipping charges if products are not right, or if you have purchased the wrong size. This also includes any customs or tax charges. If you are returning an item from outside the EU you need to state that it is a return or it may be charged customs on arrival, which Katie Jones will not be responsible for.

RETURNS

We accept refunds if you change your mind or want to exchange for a different size/style. Refunds are available on #ONEOFF items within 14 days of purchase but customers must notify shop@katiejonesknit.co.uk to get approved before sending. Please make sure you put a note in your parcel stating your name, order number and reason for return. Buyer pays postage and is responsible for the item until it is returned.

Returns are not available on Made To Order.

LAST FOR LIFE

On all Katie Jones products we offer a LAST FOR LIFE service which means you can contact us if over time something happens to your piece and we will fix it for you FREE all you have to do is post it back to us. Email shop@katiejonesknit.co.uk with subject LAST FOR LIFE for more info.
