DIAGONAL BLOCK

WELCOME TO PART 2, The Diagonal Block!

Now for our second imstallment we have the biggest part of our MAL with 48 squares to make ( I know, I’m sorry!)- but don’ty worry we dont need these all till part 4, and I promise it will be worth it!

These Half and Half Diagonal Blocks bring some bold colour blocks to our MAL.

If you have signed up to the MAL you should have received an email containing the pattern- but you can also access them through the links below.

(Note: After the MAL’s completetion from May 1st 2023 the pattern is now a paid for pattern and can be found through the link for the entire 6 parts)

For this second part you will be making a total of 48 squares, 8 in each colourway.

Remember to check your tension after making one , to check you are working to the right size. You want this to match up with the size of your part 1 blocks.

My Top Tip is that it is normally easier to change your tools rather than change yourself. So if the block is too big, try a hook or needle size down, and if it's too small try using a hook or needle size bigger.
