ONLY ONE WEEK TO GO!!!! WOOP! - Are you ready?! I sure am!

It’s only one week till the Hobbii Mystery Make Along starts and I’m so excited to start on this Winter project with you all, even though it only just feels like summer hit the UK as we are having a sunny spell this week! But we will be making the perfect Autumn/Winter/Spring Sweater together all through September and October!

As the nights get shorter it’s the right time to start thinking about those makes for the cooler grey days, and our handmade winter wardrobes. If you are picking the Après Ski MAL for your winter make, Thank you- and I LOVE this design so I don't think you will be disappointed!

If you have already snapped up a kit the first thing to do is to work on matching your tension so you are ready to go next week. The video breaks it down but Hobbii has also put together a blog post HERE.

I also have a bit of a life update that coincides with this project. I have been cooking up this design with Hobbii since last November, and it's been a really special one for me as it has lasted the whole duration of my Pregnancy! I recently had a little sprog and if you follow my instagram you would have seen my post on this. Having a little bub has been a long bumpy journey for me and I had made the decision I didn’t want to share my pregnancy until I had popped and they were here, happy and healthy. So i decided to keep the pregnancy under wraps, in the photoshoot for this campaign I’m actually 36 weeks pregnant but is mainly hidden under floaty attire covering a rather large bump! You will probably be able to tell in the how-to videos though, that start next week, as I did them right before I was due and there was no hiding it then! The project got the go ahead the week I went in for my IVF treatment and officially launched 2 weeks after my babe was born, so it's been my constant companion for a very special year of my life! I plan on joining in the MAL myself and making a mini version so the babe can match me in mine come winter!
