Crown your festive glory in this novelty adorned beret
The festive sweater season is upon us, but what is quicker to whip up than a whole jumper and packs even more of a punch! Meet the Crowning Glory Beret, your must have festive fun item this year!
All you need is to make your base using the free Basic Beret Pattern and then adorn with festive mini crochet stickers. These mini makes were part of my Insta advent last year and work great to customise pieces!
HOW-TO
STEP 1: Make Basic Beret Pattern
STEP 2 :Make a selection of crochet stickers. Follow the instructions below. Click on the right arrow on image to go through the step-by-step photos.
STEP 3: Pin crochet stickers in place on your hat. Use a cotton thread and whip stitch around the edges to join them to the top and rim of your hat
STEP 4: Put on and fell festively fabulous!
PLUS stitching your patches on with a thin thread means that in the summer seasons you can turn your hat inside out and wear as a plain beret! Double trouble!
